Udders in the fridge

I wanted to look further into our relationship with cows and the way we use them to produce milk. UK dairy farmers produce around 14 billion litres of milk each year for either drinking or to go into dairy products. Milk or things with milk in are a massive part of our diet yet when we put it in our tea or have some cheese on toast we don’t tend to think about where it comes from. This is why I thought it would be interesting to bring the udders into the home.
